Dr. Saar received his Ph.D. from Cambridge Graduate College in Los Angeles, CA. Prior to receiving his Ph.D., he received his Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, CA and his Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, CA.

Dr. Saar has been qualified as an expert in Clinical Psychology in both Circuit and Federal courts

Employment
Dr. Saar has been a full time Psychologist in the state of WV for more than 11 years. Dr. Saar is currently Clinical Director of Saar Psychological Group, PLLC.
Since 1998, Dr. Saar has taught as an adjunct professor at the Marshall University Graduate College and he is also on the faculty of West Virginia State University.
