A native of WV, Mr. Arnett was raised in Martinsburg and graduated from Hedgesville High School in 1990.  He received his Undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg in 1995.  His major was Psychology and his minor was in communications.  He received his Master’s degree in Psychology from Marshall University in 2000.  

Licensure

 Mr. Arnett has been working toward his WV license since 2001.  He has passed his national licensing exam and is in the process of accruing more clinical hours under the supervision of Candace Wright, MA, of Highland Hospital . 

 Employment

Mr. Arnett has been working directly with children for the duration of his professional career.  Since graduating from Virginia Tech, Mr. Arnett has worked as a cottage parent at the Boys’ Home in Covington , VA ; a case manager for the WV Youth Advocate Program; an intake coordinator for Thomas Hospital , and a supervised psychologist in Logan , Boone, Jackson , Roane, and Kanawha Counties .
