Dr. Saar received his Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Cambridge Graduate College in Los Angeles, CA. Prior to that he received his Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles, CA., and his bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, CA.

                                      Expert Witness Qualification & Experience

Dr. Saar has been qualified as an expert in Clinical Psychology in both Circuit and Federal Courts.

                                                                     Employment

For more than 11 years Dr. Saar has been a full-time psychologist in West Virginia. Dr. Saar is currently clinical director of Saar Psychological Group.

Since 1998 Dr. Saar has taught as an adjunct professor at the Marshall University Graduate College.  He also is on the faculty of WV State University
